What Ribwoon is
- Ribwoon is digital infrastructure for the motorcycle economy: rider and motorcycle identity, service records, community and connections to third-party services.
- Ribwoon is not a ride-hailing or taxi service, and not a lender, insurer or emergency service.
Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you register, including your identity and motorcycle details.
- Verification status is granted by Ribwoon administrators and partner organisations — you cannot verify yourself.
Third-party services
- Finance, insurance, parts and mechanic services are provided by independent third parties. Ribwoon connects you; it does not lend money, issue insurance or guarantee any third party's work.
- Applications you submit are forwarded to the relevant provider, who makes their own decision.
Acceptable use
- Do not register motorcycles you do not own or have authority over.
- Do not misuse SOS alerts or community features.
- We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Liability
- Ribwoon provides the platform as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from third-party services or from actions taken based on platform information.
