- Safety information you choose to store, such as emergency contacts and SOS alerts with your location.
- Usage information that helps us keep the platform reliable and improve it.
How we use it
- To create and maintain your Moto ID and Bike ID.
- To connect you with services you request — mechanics, parts, finance, insurance and community features.
- To verify riders and motorcycles through our verification partners.
- We never sell your personal data.
What stays private
- Your phone number, private address, financial records, government IDs and emergency contacts are never shown publicly.
- Public verification pages show only a rider or bike's identity code, basic details and verification status — nothing else.
Your choices
- You can update your profile and emergency contacts at any time in Settings.
- You can request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.
